• International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. TriLuxe Beauty is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. TriLuxe Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
