Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Refunds are issued only for approved return requests. Once the returned item is inspected and meets all requirements, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping fees, payment processing fees, and any customization charges are not refundable.
TriLuxe Beauty does not offer refunds for incorrect head measurements, personal preference changes, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We accept returns only if there is an issue with the order, such as receiving the wrong item, the wrong length, or a visible defect. If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos showing the problem.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in perfect original condition. The wig or hair cannot be worn, installed, washed, brushed, colored, plucked, cut, styled, or altered in any way. The lace must remain uncut and clean, and all original packaging must be included.

Wigs ordered in Small (S) or Large (L) cap size are considered custom-sized and cannot be returned. Items that have been customized through coloring, bleaching, or styling are also not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. After the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Shipping and payment processing fees are not refundable.

If the item shows signs of use or does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.
